The chart at the left is based on the classic resort wall chart used to track reservations. Room numbers are down the left hand side in white. Dates are across the top horizontally in the yellow squares. The bright green squares are arrival dates. Subsequent blue squares are subsequent days of the stay. But the blue indicates that a deposit has been received. Red squares are subsequent days of the stay of a reservation without a deposit. White squares are days when that room is vacant.

Double click on any square and you are taken directly to the reservation. Buttons at the top take you to different views of the same chart by guest name or by room rate.

There is a complete guest history, all the usual arrival, departure, in house guest list reports, folios with unlimited sales categories and much much more.
